Who we are
Swipe Payoff is a trade name of Ungridlocked LLC, based in Omaha, Nebraska. When these terms say “we” or “us,” that’s who we mean. You can reach us anytime at hello@swipepayoff.com.
What you’re buying
The Payoff Plan ($2,000, one time) includes:
A review of 3 months of your business credit card statements
A written game plan: which cards to apply for, in what order and when, and how to use and transfer your points toward your goals
One game plan call to walk through it together
The 6-month check-in ($500) is optional. It includes a fresh review of your latest statements, an updated plan, and a follow-up call.

Swipe Payoff helps you get more rewards from spending you already do. We are not financial advisors, accountants, attorneys, or a credit repair organization, and nothing we provide is financial, tax, legal, investment, or credit advice.
Every decision is yours. Card issuers decide who gets approved, and they change their offers, fees, and rewards all the time. We can’t guarantee you’ll be approved for any card or that an offer will still exist when you apply.
Your part
Give us accurate, complete information and statements.
Only upload statements you own or are authorized to share.
You apply for cards yourself. We never apply on your behalf or ask for your logins or passwords.
You’re responsible for paying your balances. Interest, late fees, annual fees, and any effect on your credit score are yours, not ours.
Payment and timing
You pay up front through our secure checkout, powered by Stripe. Your plan is delivered within 3 business days after we receive your completed intake form and all of your statements.
Our guarantee
If your game plan doesn’t produce at least $2,500 in additional rewards or points in the first 6 months, counting better rewards plus sign-up bonuses, we refund your $2,000 in full.
To keep it fair for both of us, the guarantee applies when:
You follow the plan in good faith, including applying for the recommended cards within the suggested timeframe.
You request the refund within 30 days after the 6-month mark, counted from your game plan call.
You send us statements showing the rewards and points you earned during those 6 months.
Points are valued at [POINT VALUE]. The guarantee covers The Payoff Plan fee. The 6-month check-in is not covered.
Other refunds
If you change your mind before you submit your full intake and statements, email us and we’ll refund you in full. Once we’ve started your review, the guarantee above is how refunds work.
Your statements and data
You upload statements through a secure, encrypted (HTTPS) page.
We use AI tools to help sort your spending. A real person reviews everything and builds your plan.
We delete your statements within 3 days after your game plan call.
We never sell your information.
Please don’t send full card numbers, logins, or passwords. We don’t need them.
Referral links
Sometimes we share referral links for cards we recommend. If you apply through one, the card company may pay us a referral fee, and we’ll always tell you when a link is a referral link. Your numbers decide which cards we recommend, not what we might earn.
Limits on our liability
Our total liability for anything related to Swipe Payoff is limited to the amount you paid us. We aren’t liable for indirect losses, including card denials, changes to card offers, interest or fees, or changes to your credit score.
Changes and the fine print
We may update these terms from time to time, and the date at the top will show when. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, and any dispute will be handled in Douglas County, Nebraska.
